HiiLSE Cleaning Drone · Mission Engineering

Cleaning Mission Engineering

Drone cleaning is a coordinated technical operation. HiiLSE combines site assessment, surface and access understanding, suitable water and cleaning-method selection, aircraft/spray configuration, standoff control, safety zoning, execution and evidence validation.

People + Equipment

Cleaning Drone Missions Are Team Operations

Roles vary by site and mission. HiiLSE structures the supporting team around aircraft safety, cleaning quality, surface suitability and site coordination.

Drone Pilot

Aircraft control, mission discipline and flight safety.

Visual Observer

Maintains external situational awareness and supports the pilot.

Cleaning Supervisor

Coordinates cleaning sequence, coverage and site requirements.

Surface / Method Support

Confirms method suitability for the actual surface and contamination.

Water / Chemical Support

Confirms water and cleaning-agent suitability where a cleaning agent is required.

Safety / PPE Support

Controls exclusion zones, PPE and ground-side safety.

Client / Site Coordinator

Coordinates access, work zones, timing and acceptance evidence.

Site-Specific Method Selection

Surface, Water, Cleaning Method and Standoff Matter

Cleaning method selection must be matched to the actual surface, contamination, access conditions and client requirements. Water quality and any cleaning agent are confirmed for the specific job rather than assumed from a generic recipe.

Surface Review

Material, finish, contamination, access and sensitive areas are assessed before operation.

Water / Cleaning Method

Water and, where required, cleaning-agent suitability are confirmed for the actual surface and mission.

Aircraft / Spray Configuration

Payload, hose/tether behaviour, spray pattern, endurance and ground support are configured for the site.

Standoff & Flight Boundary

Altitude, approach corridor, proximity limits and exclusion zones support controlled operation near infrastructure.

HiiLSE Cleaning Drone · Cleaning Facades & Building Envelope

Cleaning Facades & Building Envelope Operations

HiiLSE plans and executes illustrative cleaning missions for building facades, building envelope zones, container assets, roofs, solar panel farms, warehouses and other industrial surfaces. The public experience explains working height, authority-permit envelope, ground safety, water and chemical cycles, battery discipline and sensor-AI standoff protection.

Height & Permit Envelope

69-Storey Building Facades & Envelope Reference

Ground Support & Fluid Logic

Ground Support, Pump & 3-Cycle Spray Logic

Cleaning Facades and Building Envelope missions combine aircraft discipline with the correct ground support system. The illustrative logic below shows a ground-connected hose, pump, 3-tank system and battery rotation.

PumpGround water / chemical pump
Water Tank 1 Cycle 1 · pre-wash water spray
Chemical Tank Cycle 2 · cleaning chemical spray
Water Tank 2 Cycle 3 · rinse water spray
Ground Pump

Ground pump pushes the selected fluid line to the aircraft spray system.

Battery Swap

The drone lands when the active battery approaches its finishing threshold, then resumes with a fresh battery.

Sensor AI Override

Forward movement is blocked when the structure is too close even if the pilot joystick requests more approach.

25 m Safety Zone

Public walking and other unrelated ground activity remain outside the controlled working perimeter.

Dynamic Simulation Workstation

Cleaning Simulation Workstation · Active Mode

Dynamic public simulation for Cleaning Facades, Building Envelope, Container, Roof, Solar Panel Farm, Warehouse and Industrial Facility operations. The workstation follows a cleaning route from the ground on the left of the structure, climbs vertically, shifts about 1 m to the right, descends, shifts again and repeats to cover the surface. Cycle 1 reduces Water Tank 1, Cycle 2 reduces Chemical Tank, and Cycle 3 reduces Water Tank 2. Battery swap logic is shown between cycles.
