Servicing, Repair & Upgrades

A defined technical assessment before a repair, refurbishment or upgrade commitment.

Servicing, Repair & Upgrades

Lifecycle Support

HiiLSE's service framework includes assessment, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and upgrading of selected drone systems and components. The scope begins with equipment identity, reported condition, intended work and safe technical feasibility.

Airframes & Structures

Assessment and selected repair of structural components, vibration-related issues, mounting systems and payload balance according to the equipment and available technical information.

Flight Controllers & Electronics

Selected configuration, calibration, fault diagnosis, board-level or module-level work, firmware-related investigation and supporting electronics where technically appropriate.

Power Systems

Assessment of power electronics, battery-management components, connectors and related system faults. Battery work is subject to safe handling and equipment condition.

Gimbals, Sensors & Payloads

Alignment, component assessment, selected repairs, replacement and integration work for suitable payload, gimbal and sensor systems.

Connectivity Modules

Assessment of selected communication, antenna, telemetry and navigation components.

Repair Feasibility

Feasibility depends on model, component condition, access to appropriate technical information and availability of suitable parts. Multi-brand service capability does not imply manufacturer authorisation for every brand or model.

Testing & Handover

The agreed service scope defines work performed, functional testing, exclusions and handover documentation. Service testing is distinct from regulatory airworthiness approval.
